Before you can start to manifest things, you will need to determine precisely what it is you want. It is essential to be as specific and concise as possible, considering elements like details, qualities, characteristics, morals and values. 

Below are 11 practical ways to begin your manifestation process, which you can start immediately! 

1. Write 

Write down your goals and dreams using a manifestation journal or plain old paper. Try the 369 method, where you write down your goals three times in the morning, six times in the afternoon and nine times at night for 33 or 45 days. 

Or, you may wish to try the 55×5 method, writing your goals 55 times a day for five days in a row. Alternatively, you can write a letter to the universe. 

2. Visualise Your Goals

Studies highlight that visualising your future achievements can help make them happen. Start by setting aside 5-10 minutes daily to picture yourself achieving your goals and living your dream life. When you do this, focus on the small details, activate your senses and consider how they make you feel. 

3. Stop Negative Thinking  

While we are guilty of overthinking, self-doubt, anxiety and stress, these unproductive thoughts are firm barriers to manifestation working. When you catch yourself doubting yourself, gently remind yourself that thoughts are fleeting moments—they are not facts. The 2-cup manifestation method is based on the process of dimension-jumping. 

  • Get 2 cups, label one with a statement describing your current life, and fill it with water. 

  • Take a few moments to consider how your present life makes you feel. 

  • Then, label the second cup with a statement which describes your dream life.

  • Thinking about how your dream life makes you feel, carefully pour the water from the current cup into the dream cup. 

  • Then, drink the water, visualising your new life with every sip.
